If you need help with integration, data behavior, API keys, or billing, the Support team can assist you.

Before Contacting Support

Please include:

• Your account email or workspace name
• The endpoint you called
• Approximate request time (with timezone)
• Request ID (if available)
• The full error message or response body

This helps us diagnose issues faster.

Common Issues

Authentication errors

• Confirm your X-API-KEY header is included
• Check that the key has not been revoked
• Ensure there are no extra spaces in the header value

Rate limits

If you are seeing 429 Too Many Requests, review the Rate Limits guide and retry with backoff.

Unexpected response data

For interpretation questions, include your query parameters and expected time range so we can verify behavior.
